All business undertaking by " The World of Martial Arts Ltd. ", and here in after called the company is subjected to the conditions stated below. No employee or agent is authorised to change or alter these conditions unless they are authorised in writing by the company to do so.

( 1 ) - All goods remain property of WMA until fully paid for.
( 2 ) - Invoices are dated on the day goods are dispatched.
( 3 ) - Althought prices are known at time of printing, our company reserves the right to alter price.
( 4 ) - Company reserves the right to clear cheque payment for goods before it dispatches the goods ( normally 5 working days ).
( 5 ) - The WMA will not under any circumstances accept third party cheques i.e Cheque made out by other people than the customer.
( 6 ) - In the event of non arrival of goods the customer must notify the WMA, by phone within 7 days of order being placed and within 10 days in writing
( 7 ) - Damage or shortage of goods must be notified to the company in writing within 4 days. Damage goods that are received by the customer must be
signed for ( as damaged ) or no responsibility can be taken on our part.
( 8 ) - All contact sports involve a degree of danger, and although the products in this Catalogue can reduce risk of injury, no guarantee is given or implied and therefore the user assumes full responsibility for safe use of the equipment and any injuries sustained.
( 9 ) - No returned goods will be accepted unless previously agreed to by the company, any returns must indicate invoice number. All goods returned to the company by the third party must be insured to their value.
( 10 ) - Due to improvement in the Martial Arts World we reserve the right to alter specifications on products without any notice.
( 11 ) - The actual products may differ from photographs shown in Catalogue.
( 12 ) - Goods worn or washed will not be returned under any circumstances.
( 13 ) - Only goods damaged within confines of reasonable use will be considered for return any item damaged by misuse will not be exchanged or refunded. Metal weapons once bought cannot be returned.
